All games, artwork, code and text on this site are original works owned by TycoonDen unless stated otherwise, and are protected by copyright.

Your saved data

Game progress is stored in your own browser. We do not back it up and we cannot restore it. Clearing your browser data, using private browsing, or switching device or browser will lose it.

Availability and warranty

The site is provided “as is”. We make no guarantee that it will be available without interruption, that games are free of defects, or that they will work on every device and browser. We may add, change or remove games at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
