This describes what we collect, what we do not, and what our advertising partners do.

The short version
We have no accounts, no login, and no database. We never ask for your name, email address or any other personal detail. Your game saves stay on your own device. The only third parties involved are our advertising and analytics providers, described below.
Data stored on your device
Games save progress and high scores using your browser’s local storage. This data never leaves your device and we cannot read it. It is keyed per game — for example, your Gridlock progress is stored separately from your Deep Mine progress.
We also store your cookie and advertising choice so that we do not ask you again on every visit. Clearing your browser data for this site removes all of it, including your game saves.
Advertising
This site is funded by advertising. Our advertising partners may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure ad performance and, if you consent, to show you more relevant ads. If you decline, you will still see ads — they will simply be non-personalised.
You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which will cause the consent banner to reappear. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising across many networks at optout.aboutads.info.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand which games are being played and roughly how many people visit. It does not use cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not track you across other websites.
Children
TycoonDen is intended for people aged 13 and over. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you on our servers, there is generally nothing for us to export or delete on request — everything is already on your own device and under your control. For data held by our advertising partners, use the opt-out link above or contact them directly.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
